Sukleswar Nath (Hoko) is a promising nature guide from Manas National Park. He born and brought up at the lap of Nature. He can identify more than 350 rare and endangered birds in Manas as well as North Eastern Region of  India. He has very good knowledge of plants, mammals, and reptiles

He is an executive member of Manas Ever Welfare Society (MEWS) based at Gyati Gaon under Bansbari range of Manas National Park. He started his professional career from the year 2006. But he learned the basics of natural language since childhood from his father. Sukleswar father is a retired forester from the Manas National Park. He earned professional skills of nature guides from senior colleagues of MEWS and also the participation of a number of capacity building training from time to time. He is very humble, faithful. Anyone may contact him as nature guide with full confidence. He  speaks Assamese, Bodo, Hindi,  Bengali, English and local dialect
Sukleswar released one rescued hog deer at Manas (2010)

                                   Besides nature guide, he knows hotel management, driving, and basics of computer knowledge. Sukleswar has a very deep love for wildlife. Since childhood, he has rescued many of stray wild animal, birds, reptiles outside of protected areas boundaries and again released inside Manas. He has actively participated in different social works of MEWS for the betterment of society. He seems to be silent nature jewel among in Manas. I expect more contribution from him to conserve nature. I wish him a prosperous and happy life ahead.
