Dipawali the 'Festivals of light' and 'Kalipuja' celebrated every year with enthusiasm at Manas. Each range celebrated separately this event. Though this is a festival of Hindu religion but people from other religions seen to participated actively . Everyone participates and enjoy without hesitation.
The festival is also an event of community linkages. Lots of programs are arranged during two days celebration . It is mandatory to invite village theater party to show their play.
As an associate of the forest department, we have arranged Wild Life Film Show last couple of years and it was an amazing experience. This annual event as a whole rejuvenates and revitalize our Green Guards to do patrolling wildlife duty efficiently at inside deep jungle.
