Open Meeting on World Rhino Day Students with Rhino Drawing Plantation on occasion of World Rhino Da On occasion of  World Rhino Day  day, we arranged three school level awareness program at Kaziranga National Park, Manas National Park and Pobitora Wild Life Sanctuary, Wild Life Sanctuary of Assam in collaboration with local communities. At Pobitora we arranged this program with Pobitora Eco Tourism and Development Society at GNB High School. In Manas NP, program was arranged with Manas Ever Welfare Society (MEWS) at Seoj Jatiya Vidyalaya at Bansbari range. In Kaziranga National Park, it was arranged in collaboration with Koliabor Press Club at Jakhalabandha HS School. At Manas NP, Babul Brahma range in charge of Bansbari Range was attended as Chief Guest of the program he spoke about the rhinoceros, its ecological importance in Manas. A moment of translocated rhino release at Manas NP Manas National Park, the UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the most beautiful places on the earth. The national park has unique natural as well as cultural heritage. It is a hub of endangered as well as elusive creatures of nature. During the last decades of the 20 th century, Manas underwent serious political turmoil when it's infrastructure and biodiversity were almost destroyed. But positive forces keep supported this natural landscape and brought it back to its glory. This natural site is one of best examples of recent positive conservation effort.
