On 1st February,2014 we were moving towards Mathanguri by traversing some forest fire lines of Uchila Bundh area. It was about 1-30pm of day. We have a plan to visit Doimary and then directly moved toward Mathanguri for having lunch. Suddenly our convoy was stopped. Each one of our team stared front with a pin drop silence. There was only some cracking noise of grassland burning. We have seen one Black Panther was standing just 300m ahead of us. Panther was so dare to block our way and took rest for a while in the midst of the road. We were waiting till he entered adjoin thick jungle. It was so amazing moment for us and entire members. This was first encounter of maximum number of our team members.!!
