It is important for any Protected Areas to have continuous scientific research on it. The research helps to identify problems for its survival and seeking solutions.
On my journey to work for Manas, I have observed and noted few things which can be helpful for the Park to conserve its beauty and wildlife. My latest research paper is published in the recent issue of Journal of Threatened Taxa.
The title of the manuscript is "Seasonal variations in food plant preferences of reintroduced Rhinos Rhinoceros unicornis (Mammalia: Perissodactyla: Rhinocerotidae) in Manas National Park, Assam, India". The paper documents the food habit of rhinos at Manas National Park. Here is the link where you can read it.
I look forward to your kind reading and suggestion.
